In addition to what is described above, the following applies to our processing of personal data about potential customers, customers, suppliers, designers, business partners and job applicants.
Processing of personal data
Personal data is any kind of information that can, to some extent, be attributed to you. If you do not want us to process this information, it may be difficult for us to maintain and fulfil any agreements entered into and our legal obligations.
Potential customers
In order for you to be a potential customer with us, we need to collect the following personal data about you:
- Name, address, email, telephone number, CVR number (sole proprietorships).

Customers
In order for you to be a customer with us, we need to collect the following personal data about you:
- Name, address, email, telephone number, CVR number (sole proprietorships), statistics on previous purchases.
We collect personal data about customers for the following purposes:
- Possible future collaboration or purchase transaction
- Administration of your relationship with us
We collect this information on the following legal bases:

- Processing is based on the performance of a contract with the customer.

- The company's legitimate interest, which is customer care and what naturally follows from it, makes the processing of this personal data necessary. The company ensures that pursuing this legitimate interest does not override the rights of the data subject.
We keep the information for as long as the law permits, and we delete it when it is no longer necessary. The period depends on the nature of the information and the reason for keeping it. Typically, information about customers is deleted after the agreement ends.
- Information about customers is deleted 5 years after the end of the customer relationship.
Suppliers, designers and business partners
In order for you to be a supplier, designer or business partner with us, we need to collect the following personal data about you:
- Name, address, telephone number, email, bank details, CVR number (sole proprietorships).
We collect personal data about suppliers and business partners for the following purposes:
- Processing of our purchases/services
- Administration of your relationship with us
We collect this information on the following legal bases:
- Consent given via a consent form.
- Processing is based on the performance of the supplier contract.
- Processing is based on a legal obligation under e.g. the Danish Contracts Act.
- The company's legitimate interest, which is to find new designers, makes the processing of this personal data necessary. The company ensures that pursuing this legitimate interest does not override the rights of the data subject.
We keep the information for as long as the law permits, and we delete it when it is no longer necessary. The period depends on the nature of the information and the reason for keeping it. Typically, information about suppliers and business partners is deleted after the agreement ends.
- Information about suppliers is deleted when the warranty on purchased products has expired.
Job applicants
When we receive your application, it will be read and processed as described below.
The application and its attachments are shared internally with relevant staff in the recruitment process.
We occasionally also use an external recruitment partner, Baam+ A/S, who will also have access to the application and its attachments.
Personal data that emerges during the recruitment process is processed on the following legal bases: consent, legitimate interest, legal obligation.
- Consent is given by the applicant when submitting a CV and application.
- Performance of a contract: When a recruitment agency is used, applications are processed by and forwarded to and from the agency.
- Balancing of interests: It is in the interest of both the company and the data subject that personal data is processed in connection with the recruitment process.
- Legal obligation: So that the company can document that requirements on equal treatment etc. have been met during the hiring process.
We keep your application and its attachments until we find the right candidate and the recruitment process has ended. After that, your application and its attachments are deleted after 6 months.
Unsolicited applications and their attachments are kept for 6 months, after which they are deleted.
If we would like to keep your application and its attachments for more than 6 months, we will contact you to obtain your consent.
Your consent is voluntary, and you can withdraw it at any time by contacting us using the contact details above.
Other information about our processing
Security
We have taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent your information from being accidentally or unlawfully deleted, published, lost, impaired or disclosed to unauthorised persons, misused or otherwise processed in violation of the law. The data controller ensures that processing only takes place when all data protection principles are met, cf. Article 5 of the General Data Protection Regulation.
- All data transmission and storage is encrypted via Google's G Suite service using TLS. Live and daily backups are made of emails and files. All users have a personal login for both computer and mail server.
Data minimisation
We only collect, process and store the personal data that is necessary to fulfil our stated purposes. In addition, legislation may determine what type of information it is necessary to collect and store for our business operations. The type and scope of the information we process may also be determined by the need to fulfil a contract or another legal obligation.
We keep data up to date
As our service depends on your data being correct and up to date, we ask you to inform us of relevant changes to your data. You can use the contact details above to notify us of your changes, and we will update your personal data. If we become aware that data is incorrect, we update the information and notify you.
Newsletters
Your consent to receive our newsletters is voluntary, and you can withdraw it at any time by contacting us. Use the contact details above if you would like further information.
Disclosure of information
We use a number of third parties to store and process the information, including IT suppliers, public authorities, an external warehouse and firms providing e.g. legal assistance. They process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only use data processors in the EU or in third countries that provide the necessary security guarantees, as well as companies in countries that can give your information adequate protection.
In some cases our data processors transfer data to the USA, which is considered a third country. In this connection we enter into the necessary Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC), and the data processor is assessed on an ongoing basis through a Transfer Impact Assessment (TIA).
Joint controllership (use of social media)
We use the following social media: Facebook and LinkedIn, which are categorised as joint data controllers. Joint controllership means that no personal data is passed on, but that both parties are responsible for the purpose and the processing of personal data.
If customer testimonials or similar are published, the legal basis is consent.
